PROJECT: Copy Cat Video Site
OBJECTIVE: Develop an expanded video site for the Staples "Copy Cat" broadcast creative. This site was to rival The Wall site with games and engaging features to promote the re-launch of Staples Copy and Print Centers.
Outcome: Huge blog presence and industry write-ups. This site won a 2006 American In-house Design Award.
WHAT I DID: Developed the creative concept. Convinced the business to take a risk on this site. Designed all the items in the print que. Art directed and managed the project creative, Flash development and vendor relationships. Mentored a junior designer to develop the site design. Orchestrated the brainstorming sessions to create the game concepts and creative components within the site. |
